In “Bender’s Big Score”, on the spammers’ nude beach, Amy briefly develops a third arm as she listens to Leela and the spammers’ conversation.

Of course, with edit, it’s easy to restore two-armed normality.

Amy's decision to ask Leela to freshen their drinks turned out to be a close call as Leela was accidentally impregnated by Fry before she reached the bar.

Amy's appearance in Playboy was unexpected, since the spread was 'leaked' by the spammers. Amy was never paid for this appearance, as Amy's parents bought Playboy Inc in a bid to prevent anyone seeing the collection. The issue 'leaked' online anyway, as Earth is a naturally leaky place.

Oops! A nipslip slipped

Fry can't talk and have a boner at the same time.

Here's one the censors didn't see until after the broadcast. Amy's making fun of Fry's wiener in "Why Must I Be A Crustacean In Love?" and inadvertently shows a nipple, which makes Leela forget her line.

The shower scene in 'Bender's Game' required a large number of takes because the crew weren't concentrating, and it took almost a full day for Amy to placate all the daydreaming. In the end, she spent the least time in the shower but needed it the most.
